The Ford Performance Club of ACT is incorporated with the Department of Fair Trading under the Associations Incorporation Act 1991 and the Associations Incorporation Regulation 1999.
Gaining the current name and re-branding in June 2016, prior to this the club was known as the FPV & XR Owners Club of ACT, and even earlier being a subsidiary of the FPV & XR Owners Club of NSW
