Monthly Club Meeting

Held the first Wednesday of each month (excluding January), the club committee and members meet for a couple hours from 7pm at the East Lake Football Club venue at Kingston - check the Events Calendar for the meeting events. Many members opt to have dinner at the bistro prior to the meeting from 6pm for some pre meet socialisation.

The monthly meetings cover club business, introduction of new members, organisation of upcoming events, occasionally we have guest speakers, and usually finishes with some social time. Members are encouraged to attend to be part of and help shape the clubs activities, meet the other members. Prospective members are also welcome to gain some insight into how the club operates.

November each year is our AGM (Annual General Meeting) where the club committee for the new year is voted for, and any constitution changes can be made.

Occasionally a Special General Meeting is called (as a part of the monthly meeting schedule) when critical club affairs need to be dealt with. These are announced at least a month in advance.
